You will never be prescribed a template or fad diet. Each person's body and goals are unique, as are the dietary recommendations provided.

I've been thinking about how impactful the Eat Like a Boss class was. In the months following I've been really excited to see how what we practiced in those 3 months has spread to all the different parts of my life.
